With products ranging across sectors, mould manufacturing becomes a complicated process. However, we take it as a challenge and simplify it by carrying out meticulous observation at each stage of manufacturing. Quality inspection and protocols are carried out at several steps by checking the accuracy of all the operations. The assembly of the parts into the finished mould is accurately done, more so with machines to avoid any discrepancies.

Innovative ideas are brought to reality by our state-of-the-art CAD and CAM terminals. We always make sure that the client gets an ideal volume of the test-product mould before manufacturing the entire batch. It is then reviewed and modified to meet the exact specification required.

Design Facilities

Torrenza Mould Craft’s pursuit for excellence begins right at the design stage. The team of well experienced design engineers use the licensed versions of software’s like Autodesk Fusion 360, Autodesk Power shape, Autodesk Power mill, Siemens NX, ZW3D to design complex 3D profiles. With the kind of design & technical capabilities at our end, we ensure cavity to cavity and mould to mould interchangeability of inserts.

Our quality assurance includes checking of raw material, in-process control and testing of the products on various parameters to suit the needs. We always think from the perspective of the customer, and give the most suitable solution to the customer based on the actual situation. We will solve these actual problems by modifying some details of the mold, such as increasing the cooling system, increasing the cooling diameter, and formulating the number of the holes according to the output.

We are different from other companies who completely ignore the problems because they are only based on customer’s drawings, not to the customer’s requirements. Of course, these will only be carried out after reaching agreement with the customer.
